Hello, I am Aisling Begley and would like to welcome you to All Fitness & Health. I am a qualified Neuromuscular Therapist (NMT), Personal Trainer and Coach.

For over sixteen years as a NMT, I have treated soft tissue injuries and chronic pain in patients. I work with patients to pinpoint the source of their injury, identify contributory factors, and create a treatment plan that will enable them to return to full health as soon as possible.  As a Personal Trainer and Coach, I work with clients to help them become stronger and fitter so that they are active and can confidently do the things they enjoy.

How Can I Help You

The most common injuries that I see regularly are neck strain, back pain, shoulder conditions, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, knee and foot conditions, Achilles tendonitis and sports injuries. All of which can be successfully treated with Neuromuscular Therapy.

I also provide:

  • Trigger Point Therapy
  • Rehabilitation
  • Posture Correction
  • Deep Tissue
  • Sports Massage
  • Relaxation Massage

Experience

I have worked with people from different backgrounds and age groups, each with their own individual needs. Over the last sixteen years I have treated numerous people who have injured their back and necks, experienced rotator cuff injuries in their shoulders, are eager to regain their mobility after hip and knee operations, and who have had serious foot injuries. The one thing all of these people have in common is that they are eager to be pain free and get back to doing the things they love to do as quickly as possible.

As a Therapist, I have helped my patients and clients achieve their goals through Neuromuscular Therapy. Each treatment is customised to the individual’s needs and they are involved every step of the way.

About Myself

I have always had an interest in keeping fit and healthy. My passion is swimming whether in a pool or the sea. I have been lucky enough to walk and hike in many beautiful places. A gentle cycle never goes astray. For me, I realised the importance of being active and how it benefits you mentally, emotionally and physically. Over the last few years, I have seen patients recover from injury but struggle to get back to what they love to do. In some cases, this was due to the fall in their fitness levels, in others, it was lack of confidence. It was for these reasons that I trained as a Fitness and Personal Trainer. My goal is to help as many people as possible become fitter and stronger so that they have the strength, confidence and ability to do things they enjoy.
